  Add "clean" rules in subdirectories, and run subdirectory "nmake -f
  Makefile.nmake clean" when "nmake -f Makefile.nmake clean" is done in
  the top-level directory, so that "nmake -f Makefile.nmake clean" cleans
  everything up.
