The Win32 binaries of Ethereal 0.8.20 are now availble for download at:

http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/ethereal-setup-0.8.20.exe

(this is the installer program)

As always, if you wish to capture packets, you must install the WinPcap
library, now at version 2.2. You may download it from:
